@aresclaw I'm getting this exact same issue on the KE7. I have it to level 10 and it will let me reset the specs but not add any new ones just like in your video. If I load into a game with the specs set to 0, it will put the 4 default ones on, then I change them back, leave the game, restart game etc, and it automatically loads the 4 defaults.
