I starred this post. I'm getting filtered from some of the sites I'm looking at, but for the short answer, I don't think there is access to the API. However there is a 3rd party website tracking stats for BFV/CoD/Fortnite (www.battlefieldtracker.com) so I know it can be done somehow.
