@ShmortyV  on Windows 10 administrator custom user & normall user account BFV config do not save currently (simply can't overwrite/save recent data probably due to lack of permissions). Try unlock build administrator account ; look here https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-administrator-account-on-windows-vista/ (for win 7/8/8.1/10), log in into ,,Administrator'' account. Unblocking the built-in windows 10 administrator account solved my problem with turn on intro everytime & do not save last settings of the game.  I am talking exacly about this data files C:\Users\[name of Windows account user]\Documents\Battlefield V\settings.  You can try too this way --> go into the document folder and then BF 5 settings also there is one called PROSAVE_TMP and you switch to PROSAVE, you also restart the game & do it all time, but for me a much more comfortable way is with this build in Administrator account :P. embedded administrator account has much less locks as opposed to user account (set as administrator) (in the short administrator user account isn't the same like hide build in administrator account :P)
