try enabling DX12 as it seems to be more flexible
try using ALT+Ent key combo to switch to full screen modus
try using borderless window modus

Thank you for trying to help me guys 😉. I found the settings file and I change it by enabling DX12. This did nothing as the error still occurs.
I also disabled Origin overley that did nothing either and I discovered that Alt+Enter makes the game go black screen and minimize too.
Borderless window does the same too.
Just discovered that trying to change the window size make the screen go black and minimizes it too. ☹️
tricky bug, here are a few more possible solution's:
- disable SLI / NV Link and trey running on only one card at a time and or try another SLI profile
- disable multi monitor support and run the game on a single screen
- windows cleanboot
- driver cleaner procedure
- use the SFC command utility to fix system files on Windows 10
- perform a windows cleanup: and select remove shader cash
- How to set a factory overclocked graphics card to Nvidia reference clock speeds
- disable all overclocks of CPU, GPU, chipset and memory (XMP)
With my concern ov keeping the PC up to date I installed the update KB4532695. This update was optional and so I fixed the issue by re-installing windows 10 but NOT that update. Now the game works fine.
I even lost the search option in explorer so the update was even messing with windows inself.
