Thanks for the video. To be honest haven't seen this one before. Sound bugs and so on yes, but this graphical bug not. 

A bit common question but that's what I should do. 

Have you repaired game through origin?

Try using Repair Game
  1. Select My Game Library in Origin.
  2. Right-click on the game tile.
  3. Select Repair Game.
