Regarding the link that they gave you, does it have a Code for you to redeem?

If so, have you tried redeeming it on the Origin Website, or in the Origin Launcher?

The code should be 16 digits/letters in length.

Since you received the Product from them, you may need to contact their Customer Support, and see if they are able to assist you with this.
