Re: BFV audio missing

At first check all connections on PC headphones, speakers. Do driver updates. Try opening the game and Origin as administrator. Disable Origin in game:
In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game. To the same with Origin Cloud Storage in general Origin settings. Then repair the game in Orgin and try again.
Aslo try deleting BFV folder in "my documents" (not the game installation folder). Then relaunch the game and check if it solved your problem. Starting the game will recreate BFV folder in documents and might help.
Make sure the device you are using is set to the correct Output Device.
Check it also in Origin, under Application Settings ---> More ---> Voice.
Try a Clean Boot, in case there's anything conflicting with your software.
