Can DICE clarify - perhaps that is by design? Isn't that what made the gun fail in real life too?

- Yes the gun became pretty much obsolete during the war when the bazooka and panzerfaust/panzerschreck was invented. But it still should have done some damage. They literally made the same mistake with this gun while developing it ingame as with the m28 tromboncino grenade launcher in previous patch.

The gun will do a small amount of damage to heavy armoured tanks like Tiger 1, but for light tanks like the staghound or armour cars it's relatively effective but not as effective as Panzerfaust shot would be.

I noticed that its better against light vehicles yes but still the APCR round is bugged because when u equip the round you won't do any damage at tanks. I love the gun tho, sound is amazing and really satisfying if u land a headshot kill from long range :P Hello @EA_Atic
The APCR bullets are indeed bugged. When equipped they will no longer do any damage to tanks. They work on personnel carriers, but not on anything more armored than that. This is similar to the Trombone where the upgraded grenade launcher did no damage to vehicles.
Please pass this bug on to the devs.

I am also experiencing this bug... PS4 Pro.
How much more damage does the specilization do? Normal the max damage is 13 but how much is it with the working specilization?
