Summarize your bug: I am currently lvl 15 and I am not unlocking any item related to the assault class any longer. Also happening now with the recon class at lvl 6 which means I cant use any of the actual snipe rifles besides the beginning one. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into my account and review the My Company area for my support specialization.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't access new equipment.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to access new equipment as I rank up.

got the same error since i bought it yesterday. didn't unlock anything except one handgun. I guess i will try to refund.

Hi Atic, 

Thanks for the help with he weapon unlock issue, however the problem has come back and is now happening with assignments. I completed 2 assignments yesterday and the rewards for each were an uncommon torso uniform and an uncommon legs uniform(I think for the Gravedigger and highlander) Yet it still says they're locked saying 'complete special assignment' I did complete it!! 

@EA_Atic I logged in earlier today and my AP mines for the support class is still locked even though I’m already at rank 11.

@EA_Atic I just ranked up my support class to rank 12. And my AP mines is now unlocked. Thanks.

Hi Atic,

Yes, played about 5 rounds! 

I should have unlocked The Gravedigger(Torso and legs) Uncommon, The Highlander ( Torso and legs) Uncommon. 

I'm just doing an assignment now that is for the same items but this time 'rare' so if the rare ones don't unlock when I complete the assignment then please help and fix this. 

@EA_Atic Im Support Rank 16 and Im missing the FG-42. I have played several matches with the supportclass today. I also think Im missing about 600-1000 Companycoin that I didnt get during the bug, didnt start counting directly so its somewhere around that ammount.

@EA_Atic I tried playing an entire round as the recon class, did not unlock the revolver and it still keeps showing "available next round" I did not customize my class even to try and not change anything during the match. (I'm currently recon rank 16)

I have played a ton of rounds on my account. Nothing has unlocked for me in over a week. I still have noob weapons... cant use ANY of the non starting weapons and gear. In any class but especially in my level 6 support class. I wanted to try out different things but everything is locked. 

I finally gave up and stopped playing. 

Maybe one day this game will actually leave its current BETA/EARLY ACCESS phase and we can all play a working release build. Until then, there are many other games out there for me to spend my money in.
