@EA_Aljo his console his actually further from his router, lol. my wifi is 5g, and when i go to my xbox settings it says i have full 5g connection and that all services are available. i have my console as close to my router as i possibly can, and as i said in my original post i have never had this problem up until now 4 days ago
Community ManagerThat means the issue is either with your home network or your ISP. Are you sure there's no port for a wire? It would be pretty odd not to have one. If that is the case, I recommend contacting your ISP to let them know what's happening. It's possible there's a setting on your modem that is causing this. If you have access to it, make sure UPnP is enabled. Also, your NAT needs to be either moderate or open.
