Im already hardwired and my connection is stable and more than adequate for stable play, my ping never passes 30ms regularly (usually sitting at 10), even when im being timed out and kicked it sits at around 60-70

Could it be OneDrive causing it for you?

i haven't got any battlefield folders in one drive but ill pause it anyway and see if it changes anything
- no that didn't fix it , but it has stopped kicking me every game, now it kicks me only some times and the other i get massively rubber banded and the game plays as normal after
