You are still on Windows build 17134. Please update to the latest build, this could possibly be related to crucial Windows updates that are pending to be installed.
Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.

Is there any way you can borrow another keyboard from a friend to see if it works on another piece of hardware? I'm concerned it might be related to that specific one for a Windows 10 PC.
I had one from HP and had the same problem. It could be a keyboard configuration on Windows 10?
/NRainierIn a quick Google search I found several reports that this particular keyboard you have has no anti-ghosting technology.

A keyboard that don't have anti-ghosting technology will behave exactly as you describe it, in fast shooter games like BFV.

Looks like this is the problem then! Doesn't know then this is a thing. I will accept this as a solution and try to buy a new keyboard when i have a chance. Thank you for your time and support guys. Really pretiated.
