Maybe you can look in the windows event viewer.

Event Viewer -> Windows Logs and check the ERROR entries for the EAcheat service. It may at least provide a clue on what is causing the issue"

They pop up in the logs. I have 2 different errors but am unable to fix em. I chatted with the EA helpdesk without any succes.

I also run window 11, clean boot since 4 weeks. Tried everything in the forums, unfortunately nothing works.
