As you could've read in my original post, I quoted that same answer from the last week that you've just copied here.

The thread opened by me requires the reader to have knowledge of the previous EA/DICE responses and gives suggestions to what can be done to improve the matchmaking experience in "lower player population" regions.

That's why your answer right now can't be considered a solution or an update.

Speaking on updates, today we've received a client update for Battlefield V that didn't fix any of our issues.
The issue is real; and we're waiting for a statement.
