https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
My profsave file isnt in documents so i thought it could have been in that folder

@SydNyxia You have a lot of Err software and hardware
Use a full processor and graphics card, so you have a crash
That's why you first01- Reset the BIOS to Default Settings Or Flash Bios
02-Clear drivers graphics card NVIDIA GeForce
use DDU
tutorial videohttps://youtu.be/bP-2B14Nckw?t=16
after you use DDU uninstaller in Safe mode and you restart your computer, TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET AS SOON AS YOU RESTART
downloading a new Driver Version: 496.13 Release Date12 /10/2021
03-updated versions of those files Microsoft Visual C++
install both:
https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe04-Clear All drivers Install new driver Especially Card Networking +Audio
https://rog.asus.com/desktops/mid-tower/rog-strix-gl10cs-series/helpdesk_download
05-Then clean up CCleaner +Repair registry
🤨 ^^ I'm quite interested to see if that helps.
If the soultions above fail try this:
Right click the win start menu and opem command prompt (admin)Type in these commands which try to repair your system:
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
If the scans mention they repaired something then restart yoru PC.
If the say they failed let me know.
If they complete without fixing anything then you don't have a issue with your OS.
- @mouhlito although this fixed the fps problem for a little bit, then after I restarted the game to make sure it worked it didn't work any more, and I still can't connect online and my campaign progress won't save
Maybe any application constantly running in the background that's affecting this? 🤨

@SydNyxia01- Fix Network Profile
Right-click the network icon which is located at the notification area of taskbar, and then select “Open Network & Internet settings" properties
Change Profile Network "Private"02-I think the folder savegame was write protected
Go to Documents folder
Next
03-Now Folder The Game
Right Click on BF1+BF1Trial properties Uncheck Read Only
- @The_Tibber it said it repaired something and i restarted and laucnhes the game but nothing is fixed
Hmm, okay.
Could you gather some event viewer information for me?
The Dxdiag mostly shows WLAN error messages which is related to your Wifi, but i want to check what error messages you get around the time of the bugs.Run the game to recreate the bug, take note of the time and follow my guide in the event viewer section: https://tiberiusmoon.github.io/Tibs-Guide-to-Troubleshooting/
Then post screenshots.
- @mouhlito I tried this and nothings changed
@The_Tibberthe bug isnt gameplay wise but it is that Progress on any of the war stories is not saved (so its a problem that occures since starting up the game) and the network problem, Im also a bit confused on all of this, do you have discord so i can perhaps screenshare so theres less confusion?

@SydNyxia In this case, try Create a local user or administrator account in Windows
There may be a limitation on your account
Create a local user account
Select Start > Settings > Accounts and then select Family & other users. (In some versions of Windows you'll see Other users.)
Select Add someone else to this PC.
Select I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
Enter a user name, password, or password hint—or choose security questions—and then select Next.
