Hello I cannot seem to connect with both Battlefield 5 or Battlefield 1. These are the only game I have on my Playstation 4 that wont connect me to a online game please fix this South Dakota U.S.A.

Try disconnecting the power cord from the electrical outlet. Leave it unplugged for at least five minutes. Reconnect the power supply and press the power button. Then see if your problem has been solved.
On April 16, 2020 an update to the PlayStation®4 system software was released. Update your PS4 if you haven’t already.
