Unfortunately hardly anyone plays any hardcore modes since they are not official game modes and have to be set up via a player created match called Community Games. For the majority of BFV's lifespan there has been no way to create a hardcore type game mode since the options to change damage values in Community Games was only added to the game in November of 2020.
Most players that had wanted a hardcore mode feature had already quit playing the game by then. I know how frustrating it is because I enjoy playing hardcore as well and waited for 2 years to get the ability to play hardcore in this game. And then when we finally got it, the options was lackluster so nobody bothers setting up a server, especially since you have to sit in your own "server" for hours at a time hoping people join it just so the game can start.
Community Games is just a terrible replacement for actual custom servers in my opinion.
I will be keeping an eye out on the next Battlefield (2021). If I don’t see/hear any talk of hardcore modes, I will not be purchasing it at all. Call of Duty HC TDM.....we meet again lol.

Have you got any idea why I cannot get the "Team Death Match" mode when I try to create a community server?

@EA_Atic That's the problem, I don't get the option of Team Deathmatch. I cannot create a community server with TDM. :/
