I have a similar problem. It started on Fifa 20, when I could use only one button for everything (pass, lob, shoot). Then I wrote here for help and you (or some of your colleague) fixed it, but from that moment I couldn't shoot and couldn't sprint when I was holding the "up" button (and when I was sprinting and pushed "up" button my player didn't change direction at all). So I uninstalled the game, hoping that the issue is only in one game.
But the issue with "up" button continues to exist on Fifa 21 too. Is it possible to fix it?

and I also repaired it few times but it didn't work
@Player_17i8hapgnothing you can do. Frostbite engine is pretty buggy and error prone when it comes to processing user input. Uninstall and reinstalling wont help here at all.
