@d34th4ng3ltr What OS are you using, are you using DX11 or DX12 if on Win10? To be honest 8GB isn't really enough for BF5 as it routinely goes into 10GB territory on my system during normal play. If you only have a single stick of 8GB that's also an issue as single channel runs noticeably worse than dual channel RAM setups. One thing that may help with your lag is deselecting your assignments so you aren't tracking any. Are you using any overlays like origin in game, Discord's overlay or MSI afterburner? If yes I also recommend to disable those overlays.

    @d34th4ng3ltr have you turned on Future Frame Rendering yet? It helps a lot of people running DX11. Also if you can swing it in the future adding a second stick of 8GB RAM will help a lot with your system.
