I would recommend contacting Support via Live Chat, to see if they might have more suggestions for you.

It just doesn't sound right that you only have access to either one Mission, or nothing at all.

    Okay, this is the final update on this issue.  I found that when I click the "PLAY" option I have access to all the features of the game!  Thus that problem exists between keyboard and chait. (PEBKC) a common noob mistake.  I am grateful for the help.
