I've heard of this before on a plethora of accounts and it does seem to be name related, be it platoon tag (the letters and / or numbers in square brackets shown before your account display name) or your account's display name itself, BFV unfortunately has a really terribly polished censorship system regarding the in-game chat which had only gotten progressively worse over time, I don't believe there's anything you could do other than changing account names and / or platoon tag or just having to deal with being unable to use the chat properly.

there is a chance however that making an enquiry regarding this on the official EA help support page dedicated to Battlefield 5 ( https://help.ea.com/battlefield/battlefield-v/ ) could help resolve this unfortunate problem...
