I got the same problem with my name: Momoshi/Mom0sh1
This has been my name for years on every game, I honestly don't understand why I can't use it.
It's a literal name!

    Hey @Mom0sh1 it most likely has something to do with the last 3 characters in your name. I recommend contacting an EA Help agent and seeing if they can whitelist your name
