Hi @LuchsE75 If it's definitely the right account you're signing in to then it'd probably be worth contacting EA Help so they can take a look.

However, for what it's worth, the account you're using here is showing stats on Battlefield Tracker, so it doesn't look like the data is actually lost (account data is also saved to the cloud anyway).

    Upon checking the account again, the progress is back. It was possibly a miscommunication between the cloud and the game on my end. Although it did take over an hour for the issue to go away. It gave me quite a spook.

    @LuchsE75 Good news - it's certainly easier that it's resolved itself.

    I'm seeing some other similar posts coming in for a couple of other BF games now, so there might be an issue behind the scenes, like the one you mentioned.
