Seems you forgot to mention you lost progress after you unlinked your 2 accounts.
Might have been worth mentioning that in the beginning.
You will need to link it back to the original EA account it was originally paired with to regain it all.

If that's the case you need to contact EA Help again.
Tell them:A: You unlinked your account and then relinked to the same EA account
B: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/unlink-gaming-accounts-from-ea-account/ states that "If you unlink your platform account and link it back to the original EA Account it was linked to, you’ll get back all of your stuff."
C: Despite B, you didn't get your progress back and you would like the issue escalated if necessary so you can get your progress back.
