Hi @Hentaisasuke @WDProtection @thierryyy95 and @chilken69

The rank unlock issue is one of the bugs that unfortunately appeared with the new 5.2 update. In the past similar situations involving Company Coin not being received after each round, was fixed in a small hotpatch.

As of right now there has been no way found around this issue and we will all have to wait for the hotpatch, that I imagine would be coming shortly. The good news however is your data is still being logged per round even if it displays "cannot fetch data", this means that when the hotpatch gets fixed, your rank unlocks should all become available immediately.

The best advice I can give you is to continue playing the game and climbing those ranks. Before you know it the issue will be resolved and rankings will be back to normal, I know it's currently an inconvenience but hang in there, we're all in this together 🙂

Summarize your bug Weapons of previous levels being locked despite being levels above necessary, all tho, after the patch, after leveling, I am unlocking the weapon for that level but not the previous ones.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't unlock previous level weapons.
What should be happening instead? All the previous level weapons should be unlocked

So I've noticed that the patch resolved the part where we didn't get any new weapons after leveling, but now, I can unlock the level appropriate level but I am missing some weapons from the previous levels and a gadget.

Hi I understood from multiple gamers the fix is not solving the unlock issue. Therefore still the following workaround:
Go play practice mode
- Choose Practice vs other players
- Keep playing until rank level up (weapon rank or class rank)
- 1 rank needed, after this weapons unlocked.
Hope it will work for you. Don't quit till level ranked.

@flyinghorse101 I did the work around and it did work but for the current level up weapon, the previous level weapons are still locked. Basically I can get new weapons but the previous ones that like the level 8 Bren gun from the support class stays locked.

Also this is completely off topic from this issue, but I need to figure out if I can merge my two EA accounts into one..

the same with me my bren still locked.
