Hello everyone,For any missing guns please reach out to EA support, we have worked with EA support and they should be able to help you out with any missing guns, assignments and combat roles.Ranking up your class in the game should help you out on any missing guns but if that doesn't work contact EA support! 🙂How to contact EA support:/Atic- @EA_Atic And the classes not being unlocked for Brits and Germans?

Yesterday I try 3 times with different chat people.
One told me I'll get my weapon next rank up.
I believed and tried. End up a failure.
Then I contacted again for bren gun for my friend's account.
AMAZINGLY, after a few chat , my friend got the gun right away(He achieve rank 15,and bren gun is a rank 8 reward)
Then I contacted the third time for my own account with excitement.
All I got was a politely kicked that " I cannot help you unless you are rank 20"
What should I do? Try another guy ?
It's like a lottery.
Same here, they also told me I'll get my weapon in next rank up and supirise suprise it did not unlock after rank up....I'm getting tired of this.

Forgive me, but in new to this forum. What has happened here, has my thread been merged with another? Nothing on this screen is how I left it :L
Regardless of the case, thanks for letting us know about the combat roles and support chat having the capability to sort something out for us.
- @Gamatech94 Please don’t say that - the evidence is that chat cannot sort out the roles although they may be able to help with gun unlocks but it’s unconfirmed if that’s for level 20 players or not. New @ea_attic to respond.
Thanks I just speak with support and they unlocked missing gear for me, you just need to speak with right support person, that was my 2nd try contacting them and it worked.
They unlock class role too, but you need to tell them for what nation is locked.- @Gigs91 Ill give it a go at some point this weekend - thanks for letting mus know its trial and error who you get!

im pleased to say i spoke with a chap called Asif on web chat today and although it took about 40 minutes to completion - he unlocked all of my missing items. To help you all i would suggest you create a list in notepad of each class & missing items to give to the chat person to help them work through manually adding all the items - below is an example of my list which helped the person add them all at once rather than one by one - good luck all!!

I cantaccess the site，but i have the same problem。THE MG42 is missing Hi, seems my entire recon class is bugged because spawn beacon and flare gun are also not unlocking. Tried going from rank 6 to 7 but no unlock.
Please let me know what to do next because its discouraging me from playing more.
Platform is xbox one x.
@EA_Atic I have the same problem, except I am on PC. None of the advice given has worked. ☹️
