The team said V wasn't going to be 100% authentic and they wanted to focus on some of the lesser known battles before launch; Honestly I wouldn't care for those larger battles anyway since they've been done to death

True over the past 15 years we have seen many versions of those battles, however they are major turning points during the war and by remembering them and seeing them it’s a form of honoring the men who gave it all. Myself personally I lost two great Uncles on Omaha beach June 6th 1945 and seeing movies and games even seeing their names on the memorial wall is a way of tribute to those men who have their lives stoping evil from spreading
