Missing proficiency assignments for cosmetic sets camo

I've upgraded the 4 classes to level 20. Before, I have asked the support agent to grant me the mastery assignments, and I successfully unlocked them. But that's not I'm talking about. Later I found...

How do I contact the agent ive been having that problem for 3ish years

Hi Tonyflint1944,

You'll need to head to help.ea.com, search for Battlefield 1, and select the "I'm looking for something I earned" support option. That usually gives an email or chat option. 

If the contact options don't appear, log out of the help site and go through the steps above again.
