Does it unlock for you once you rank up one more time or restart your PS4?

How to power cycle the PS4: Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

    Yes it did for the axis torso. The main thing I’m upset about is even though i collected it from my shipment i somehow spent 12,000 cc to unlock because the game was bugged and i tried to click on before playing another match or restarting my ps4
