Are you still having some trouble playing the game on your Xbox One X?

If you're still having some issues can you try the following steps below and get back to me whether they worked or not?

1. Check your Xbox One system software to make sure you have the latest console update
2. Check your controller updates on the Xbox One

3. Power cycle the console: http://bit.ly/XB1_PowerCycle

4. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

5. Launch the game to see results

Keep in mind that if you are experiencing any technical issues while using an external hard drive. We recommend deleting all files off your Xbox and reinstall the game on the internal hard drive to see if you are still experiencing this.
