Don't bother. I talked to someone on EA Help twitter for half an hour only to get this at the end:
Thanks for holding. I've checked but I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to restore this for you. I can not speak for what happened to the other person's case, as I didn't handle it. Please report this one to our forums, if you haven't already.
