I was told on Twitter by @EAHelp to do the following:

if you are missing any rank unlocks due to the error this workaround should help while it's being worked on:

-Go into practice mode ,

-Select "Practice vs other players" and

-Play that mode until you rank up your class

-Only one rank is required

-This will unlock all weapons the account should have.

They did not have an ETA on a real fix.

Glad it worked for you, because I tried and and no such luck, been like this for almost a week now

Just started my pc. Deactivated origin app in background during game and cloud save in the origin app, as someone here suggested before. Played two frontline games, and got reports and everything. Before the second game i had activated cloud safe ahain, just for testing, and also got the report. Dunno pf they fixed it meanwhile or if my setting changes have something to do with this. Still didnt get the already unlocked gear, its still locked though rank is reached by miles....but at least, reports...

Ok nm. Now i just played one game of conquest, again no report (with cloud safe on). Will play another one with cloud safe off. If that dont work ill let it be for today and hope for tomorrow...
