Same problem. 90-100% CPU, 3% GPU.

Do i have a bad CPU for this game?

Not enough cores?

@TheCaptainRaul Ok so I just tried to switch to DX11 and it is way better, GPU is 60% and CPU is still 100% but I have much more FPS. 

Look like the DX12 option was the issue. 

I will continue to play with graphic option to optimize the game
