I don't think this is an issue actually. It happens a lot on Breakthrough. If you are "out of bounds" when the border is moved. You wont get a timer. It happens as both attacker and defender.

Think of it this way;

You are an attacker, spawning in at base the same moment the border gets moved up. You will NEVER make it through. Imagine you having a tank or something like that. Only to lose it because the border get moved.

Move out of the border, and back in. And the timer will start.

It's simply just there to make you move into the right path. :🙂
