@J0HNCENA69 This seems to be a widespread problem at the moment and is being investigated (there's a comment from a community manager here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/profile-completely-zeroed/m-p/9686707#M29935). Hopefully it'll be fixed soon for the people who have been effected.
