No, I have not had any bluescreens recently. The issues with windows seem to have been resolved since I ran the DISM checks at the end of your post. However the game still crashes with the kernelbase.dll error

I knew it should not make a difference but for the sake of adding to the list I thought I might as well. 

I am currently running prime95 on my pc to see if there are any issues with the CPU then I will run pcmark 10 to test performance of the GPU and CPU underload

@GhostDragon445 Have you used CC Cleaner on your registry at all ? If not I would... I use it all the time on all my PCs every time I add or remove programs after a reboot to clean out my registry  ...

Install CC Cleaner.....

Now use it to clean the registry, reboot PC and check the registry one last time for any issues. If it finds any repeat steps until it finds none. CC cleaner will give you the choice to back up or not and the first time you run it it is normal if it finds 80 + errors in the registry as every installed or uninstalled program will leave fragments behind in registry and CC Cleaner will clean this up.

@GhostDragon445 After the tests are done run cc cleaner again worth a shot.

okay, ran memtest for just over an hour and it passed with no errors. No matter what i try i can not get the crash to replicate or show itself in any of my other programs.

As i said from the beginning.

it is game related.

okay ea support refuses to help further, stating it is a windows issue. Microsoft have reccomended a reinstall of the game and that did not help. Nvidia tried a different driver and still no luck. 

This support is appalling from EA. 

I am unable to play a full round of a game i have purchased and they refuse to work with me until the issue is resolved. 

@GhostDragon445 First off, I want to compliment you that you do not take things for granted and decided to (just like I did) test everything manually.

I've been in the same boat for a while. However for me, the patch seems to have fixed it for me. I am afraid to 100% confirm this as I've only played 4 rounds in arow so far but this was even on Ultra setting after 2 rounds. Before the patch I would crash on low settings or even min latency setting within minutes.

From what I've been reading this patched causes for a new group the very same issues we've been dealing with before or still are or even in my case, who now have been (probably) resolved.

The thing is i have had the issue since December, it hasn't been fixed by the update or driver updates. I can not play a game i have payed a lot of money for. its descusting that EA refuse to help with my issue or even acknowledge it might be their end

Nope, still not fixed, got home today and crashed 2 times within 2 rounds of squad conquest.

@DoctorValerian I have dried disabling SMT but this did not help me unfortunately seems like it could be an issue with ryzen chips and nvidia 10 series GPUS maybe

@GhostDragon445 how many of your RAM slots do you use?

i found out that my instability was probably the result of me upgrading to 32GB 8Gx4. i reverted back to 16GB 8Gx2 and could play without any hickups.

My research led me to a lot of pages saying that ryzen cpus and some related x470/x370 MBs may have issues running 4 slots of certain RAM, at the very least with the provided xmp timings and voltage. Make sure your MB supports your RAM configuration!

This was not an issue for me in regular Windows apps and older other games, but is certainly more my fault than the games...

Hmmm.... Could it be the gputweak and discord? That is causing my issue, I'm wondering if it is both together giving the issue as I can't get it working doing steps outlined

Actually, I'm wondering if there are other Asus apps that don't play nice, I don't have GPU tweak anymore, but I do have some that are for my motherboard
