Russian player need help

Hello!  Russian players need help!  The absolute inaction of EA Russia!  The overwhelming majority of players in Russia cannot connect to the EA servers. Trouble 2000 is constantly being released ...

    No new status update, we are still investigating it and all the information you have sent on is helping.

    The team is investigating the issue but no ETA for a fix.
