I have the same problem
Now I have reached level 40, in the report after the round it was shown that I reached 2966600 experience points, but in progress the dog tag indicated that I now have 2760861 experience
This is a bug

@Heaven_Soap I have chated to the EA's staff, they helped me unlock the gold dog tag

A heads up: EA support wont be able to help with the Dogtag or the missing XP to unlock it as far I'm aware. @flyinghorse101 @Heaven_Soap.
