Just to make sure I understand correctly, you purchased a physical disc copy of BFV after you had already played the trial beforehand? Did you try uninstalling the trial to see if you're able to play from the disc after that?

    I dont know how to uninstal the free trial but im downloading it right know because the free trial was digital and it still lets me download

    If you are seeing that Battlefield V is installed on your console right now you should be able to uninstall it using the steps over at the Xbox Support website

    Once the trial has been uninstalled put in the disc for Battlefield V and try to start up the game. Let me know if you're still unable to play from the disc.

  • @EA_Kent @I haven't been able to play since the end of October!!

    I am game sharing on EA access, Xbox One S All Digital Edition

    Tried power cycle, tried uninstalling the game, tried unsetting as Home Xbox and then re-setting it!

    Hopefully this will be fixed soon as it's stopped my enjoyment of the game, so a quick fix would be appreciated.

  • The issue with someone download a trial who bought the game and it keeps saying it's a trial , doesn't apply to me as I don't ever remember installing a trail version at any point.

    I have the physical disk and installed it , it worked for a day and then started saying my trial was up , so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and after a day it comes back saying it's a trial again.

  • I did this before I contacted support and it failed to work , it still keeps saying it's a trial.
