Hi @Acronyx1247 The account owner would need to contact Xbox support so they can remove the trial status from the Live account. It may be something which EA Help can assist with too, but as the issue is with an Xbox account, it'd be best to start with Xbox support first of all.

    Hey sorry for replying late I’ve been busy. I’ve decided to just use another ea account I have and link that one to my dads account(under his name in the profile he has “ultimate” for game pass thing, I’m guessing it’s because the game pass was bought for his account idk how it works)it works fine as of now I have no problems I guess that’s a solution lol.     @Acronyx1247 Glad you got it sorted out without needing to battle to get permissions changed with support teams.
