Recharge currency not received

Youll need to contact EA Help about this as there isn't anyone here who can access the payment systems or game accounts I'm afraid.

You should be able to open an email case or have a live chat if you go to help.ea.com and use the support options there.

Then you could try changing your region to a different one. However, from your screenshot it looks like there may just be something on your browser that is stopping the chat from opening in a new window.
