Regarding the issue of level resets due to anomalies in the Battlefield V game

Hello, my Battlefield V account had its level reset to zero a few years ago. However, in my unit settings, it still shows as level 500. Meanwhile, both in the game and in my profile, my level is displayed as 0. This prevents me from receiving certain rewards, and it’s unfair since I’m still considered level 0 in the game. I hope this issue can be resolved.😢
