Response from EA please - RE: tickets submitted to EAHelp.com

Can I get a response from someone at EA regarding my multiple reports of hackers? I've gone through the official help at https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/?r=1EAhelp.com by creating tickets, each one including video evidence of the hacks. I've reported 9 times over the past 3 weeks.

Every email and update on the tickets I have kindly replied to and asked for additional help. I'm not certain I'm even being connected with a human being. Most emails seem generic and automated. Not one email or update has included anything useful, nor has any action been taken by EA in response to my reports. In fact, many emails and updates are referring me back to the same website I used to create the tickets. Some seem to be asking if I am sure that I want help. These are the responses from EA so far:

How do you report a player in-game?
To report an abusive player in-game:
Click on the player's name that you want to report to open their profile.
Tap the three dots next to their name.
Tap Report Abuse.
Select the Category of Abuse.
Enter in any additional information for your report.

WE REVIEWED YOUR REPORT AND DIDN'T TAKE ANY ACTION THIS TIME.
HERE'S WHY:
We investigate the context before deciding if reported content or accounts follow the guidelines in our Positive Play Charter and the rules in our User Agreement. Sometimes, a single comment in a broader conversation—or an opinion that differs extremely from yours—may not be a violation.

If this was a voice chat report, we don’t currently collect voice data or recordings so we can't take any action on voice chat. We're still working on the best way to review reported voice chats.
TWO OTHER OPTIONS:
1. If you're playing on console, you can also report those voice chat interactions to the platform owner, and they may take action on that player's console account.

2. In-game, you can mute or block players who are ruining your fun and breaking the rules.
While this decision may not be what you hoped for, please don’t let it discourage you from reporting concerns in the future. Your reports contribute to the healthy, positive community we’re building. Even if we didn’t take action this time, reporting helps us improve our systems and make sure that we’re keeping things fun, fair, and safe for all.

    Hey @Cap1tanJuan,

    We cannot assist with cases like this on the forums, nor are we able to discuss or provide any additional information about reports, sorry.

    You're welcome to continue sending in reports using the webform here under the Other Options > EA Help section, but if the outcome is not as you'd hoped for a particular report we wouldn't be able to change that or provide additional detail aside from what was mentioned in the examples you've provided here.

    You're welcome to re-submit the report, but that's not something we can assist with or look into here, thanks!
