Response from EA please - RE: tickets submitted to EAHelp.com
Can I get a response from someone at EA regarding my multiple reports of hackers? I've gone through the official help at https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/?r=1EAhelp.com by creating tickets, each one including video evidence of the hacks. I've reported 9 times over the past 3 weeks.

Every email and update on the tickets I have kindly replied to and asked for additional help. I'm not certain I'm even being connected with a human being. Most emails seem generic and automated. Not one email or update has included anything useful, nor has any action been taken by EA in response to my reports. In fact, many emails and updates are referring me back to the same website I used to create the tickets. Some seem to be asking if I am sure that I want help. These are the responses from EA so far:
