RMN50 Rifle Frag, Demolition & Type 99 Mine Dog Tags Not Unlocking

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do 25 kills with the RMN50 frag gadget to unlock the bronze dog tag. Go to Profile > Awards > Dog Tags > Gadgets and see if the RMN50 frag gadget bronze dog tag unlocked.
What happens when the bug occurs? You do not get an unlock dog tag pop, nor do you get the dog tag to unlock under your Profile Awards.
What should be happening instead? You should get a popup unlock message, and the dog tag should unlock under your Profile Awards (there should be an "Equip" button).
The RMN50 rifle frag rifle bronze dog tag isn't unlocking. I'm not sure if it's something that would have caused any dog tag to not unlock when the necessary number of kills are met, or if the RMN50 rifle frag dog tag(s) doesn't unlock for everyone. You can see that it shows as 75/75 kills and I'm already working on my gold dog tag with some progress towards its unlock. For my second dog tag (silver one), I did see an unlock popup message (I don't remember if there was one for the bronze dog tag but I must've missed it). There is also no "Equip" button for me to select, and the dog tag is not fully opaque, which means it didn't unlock (properly).
EDIT: The same thing applies to the Demolition Mine and the Type 99 Mine.
