Server Disconnected

i have contacted customer support , they r saying if u have preorder copy and origin access copy on same account u have to wait till actual release of game.

I only have the Access copy, been playing it fine since release - this just started happening with the new patch.

New rtx feature in graphics menu may causing the issue , try turning off and then try game. may help

 We should probably start with some basic new update troubleshooting

1. Log out of Origin
2. Exit Origin, make sure it's not running in the background

3. Check Hard Drive For Errors And Corrupted Files

   All files can become damaged. This is just the nature of hard drives. If this affects files this can cause errors and it's therefore a good idea to scan your hard drive. Do this for all hard drives that has Windows, Origin and the game installed.

   1. Go to "This PC" in Windows and right click the hard drive and click "properties"
      
   2. Go to "Tools" and and press "Check"
      
   3. Click "Scan Drive" and let it scan for errors.
   4. If it finds errors let the program fix them
      (If there are errors it could mean nothing, but it can also suggest that it might be time to format your computer and/or replace the hard drive)
   5. Reboot your computer
   6. Run the scan again
   7. Keep repeating step 3-5 until no errors are found.
4. Run Origin as administrator
   

   
5. Repair the game in Origin
   

   

6. Download the latest drivers for your graphics card (Nvidia has a new one out today) and do a clean install of it by removing the older ones using DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
7. Try again

Thanks @Carbonic i'd seen this post in another thread and tried all options listed before posting.

This is what i get on any server, i've tried what @DrSargeX mentioned above and disabled the RTX option. 

I've since rolled back the nVidia Drivers and reinstalled & disabled the Firewall - still no luck.

I have no problems in connecting to other games such as Overwatch, Star Citizen & Call of Duty ☹️ 

Hey, @DrSargeX If you pre-order the game and have Origin Access you can play the game. If you got basic you get the game at the vault just add the 10h trail and if you have Premier you got the game in the shop and add and then start playing. 🙂

@EA_Atici was playing game without any issue, but after update now game is not even launching, when i try to open game from directory icone maned bf5trial.exe it says to activate game using key code when i already purchased game rather preorder it

Hey @GB-Kane,  do you have a 4G device that you can try to use as a network device and see if the same issue is happening for you.

It to see if its your internet or something on the PC.
