Texture filtering – Negative LOD bias: Allow
No insult to u my friend, restricting LOD will restrict object detailing, if we allow negative LOD we are instructing the gpu to detail all objects.
If we lets say use nvidia inspector and do some changes there, we can almost eliminate every object in the world that is not welded to the world or embedded to the terrain
You will get better fps by restricting lod
