I am getting this bug too, but I play on PC.    I think this is happening with other weapons as well where I can't ADS or shoot for sever seconds after reloading or getting revived.

Yes have the same on pc - origin. 
also with medpacks.

    it was going better for me. Though the reload animation is bugged now.
