  • hi, I already solved this issue by contacting EA Customer Service in live chatting. it is quite simple to solved this you just simply perform Disk Clean Up to all your storage device and delete all junks data. I perform in my system drive at "C" (which is the Origin and Battlefield`s client installed), and after testing a few days of game performance I no longer had the same problem. It ran smooth for the loading screen and no infinity stuck or double loading icon. thank you for the assistant

  • Go to Settings / Windows Defender Security Center / Ransomware Protection and add the BF5 executable as an exception under "Folder Protection"

I would have said, no need to do anything with Windows Defender (the game would have been flagged already when installed).

Battlefield would already have the permissions to run in that environment when you installed it inside Origin.

I have always said to people, make sure you keep Windows and your drives tip top, clean and free of junk, any software you don't use - uninstall, regularly run defrag (on HDD only).

Backups are also a good measure.

    Glad you got it sorted!
