Solveig’s knife not appearing

Summarize your bug I completed all of the challenges to aquire solveig's knife, but when I exit the story, it says that I'm missing a letter on the mission Still and Silent. Upon checking this, the mission stats said I already had all the letters, I also checked every letter location on that mission, but they were all gone as if I had collected them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the bug so that the letter count is correct and I aquire the knife after completion of the challenges (which I have done).
What happens when the bug occurs? The knife doesn't show up at all.
What should be happening instead? The knife should appear in my inventory and I should be able to equip and use it
I don't want to take up a lot of your time, but it is a little disappointing that the item did not show up after completing the challenges, please try to help me as best you can. Thank you :-).
