@flyinghorse101 Just because you don't always get the call (ever since the game launch), it doesn't mean that the telephones are broken.

JFEE refers to an EE that Jack Frags made for the community. UFO refers to the possible sighting of a UFO on the Propaganda map in BF4. RF refers to Red Flares for BFV. The 54 numbers are possibly an EE hint for BFV.
I racked my brain over the Jack Frags EE for ages (even bought the shirt) but my brain wasn't big enough to solve anything.
Someone mentioned on Twitter the batch of numbers could hint at the BF6 reveal teaser
